Bucking The System with the
Bulls-Eye Procedure Since 2017

MSK GUIDE was built around a straightforward belief: patients deserve clear answers, thoughtful care, and respect for their time.

We understand that an appointment may mean finding someone to cover a shift, care for livestock, or help at home. Our approach brings evaluation and treatment together when appropriate, with practical guidance for what comes next.

No promises of miracles. Just a focused conversation about your options and the work, activities, and people that matter to you.

Choosing treatment is personal. You should know who is evaluating your injury, who is performing your procedure, and what experience they bring to your care.

When you're in pain, time is of the essence. Our goal at MSK GUIDE is to work efficiently and effectively to give our patients a complete cycle of care, in one visit. At MSK GUIDE we use a 3 step process.

Step One

A Clear Diagnosis
Understanding the source of your pain is the first step toward treatment. A diagnostic ultrasound lets us examine your joints and soft tissues in motion, helping identify the problem in real time.

Safe Technology
MSK ultrasound uses the same non-invasive, radiation-free technology used to image developing babies, hearts, and other organs.

Step Two

Map Out Our Target
Once we determine where the problem is originating, we map out our injection approach so we can direct the medication precisely to the problematic area.

Dynamic Testing
Using an ultrasound image allows us to examine the area of pain and track it as it moves. This helps us better understand your pain by revealing movement that a static image like an X-ray or MRI doesn’t show.

Step Three

Perform the Injection
Using MSK Ultrasound as our “navigation,” we inject the medication into the problematic area. Precise needle placement, combined with the power of the amnio, is our secret sauce.

Ultrasound Guidance
MSK Ultrasound allows us to see surrounding structures during the injection, helping us avoid nerves and blood vessels and reduce the risk of damage to nearby tissue.
