Rachel Jablon O’Grady

A published author and experienced educator in musculoskeletal ultrasound, Rachel has helped advance how MSK ultrasound is taught and incorporated into medical practices across Arizona. Her work includes developing training programs that help healthcare professionals bring diagnostic imaging and ultrasound-guided techniques into patient care.

Rachel founded MSK GUIDE in 2017 with a clear purpose: to make personalized joint care more accessible to the farming, ranching, agriculture, and Western sports communities.

She understands that pain affects more than movement—it can interrupt a livelihood, a passion, and the ability to provide for a family.

Her approach combines specialized expertise with a personal commitment to the people who help sustain America. Every conversation starts with understanding what matters to the patient and what they want to get back to.

Founder of MSK GUIDE | A Leader in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound

Dr. Tiffany Mitchell, NMD

Dr. Mitchell is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor with 18 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping people find relief from pain and return to the lives they love. Her work combines naturopathic and orthobiologic medicine in a personalized, collaborative approach to care.

She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University and her Bachelor of Science in Organismic Biology from Northeastern State University. Early in her career, she worked alongside an Osteopathic Doctor in an integrative setting and later founded a wellness center, which she has owned and operated for 16 years. Her additional education includes postdoctoral certifications and training in platelet-rich plasma therapies, prolotherapy with ozone, and biotherapeutics. Extensive Pilates instruction training further informs her understanding of movement, strength, and physical function.

“Healing opens the door to freedom.”

Guided by curiosity, compassion, and faith, Dr. Mitchell respects the body’s capacity to heal and empowers patients to take an active role in their care. She is particularly drawn to orthobiologic treatments that use the body’s own biologic resources to support healing and recovery. Her work combines physician care with expert musculoskeletal ultrasound guidance for precise treatment delivery, supported by individualized preparation and follow-up that consider nutrition, movement, and recovery goals.

Dr. Mitchell understands that pain affects more than muscles and joints—it can disrupt sleep, independence, work, and emotional well-being. She is committed to thoughtful, nonsurgical options that address contributors to pain, support improved function, and, when clinically appropriate, help reduce reliance on medication.

She feels a special connection to the backbone of America: people whose livelihoods and communities depend on their ability to keep moving. Whether someone works with their hands, competes in an arena, or wants greater comfort in daily life, her goal is to listen carefully, treat thoughtfully, and help them regain confidence in their bodies.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mitchell enjoys life with her husband, Dan, whom she married on Valentine’s Day, and their adopted American Bobtail cat, Farrah. She treasures time with her nephews and godchildren and enjoys concerts, theater, the outdoors, Pilates, and yoga. Her faith and commitment to serving others remain central to her life and practice.
